Third Act designed and helped developed KöKoll – a digital platform that simplifies and automates the housing search process in Sweden.
The solution is built around aggregating and managing housing queues in one place. Through the platform, users can automatically join and stay active in 350+ housing, parking, and storage queues without handling multiple logins or manual administration.
KöKoll keeps queues active, accumulates queue points, and provides access to 100,000+ available properties, with tools to filter, compare, and apply directly.
Third Act was responsible for building a scalable and user-friendly platform that transforms a fragmented and manual process into an automated, data-driven experience – maximizing users’ chances of finding a home.
