Third Act designed and developed a mobile-first safety platform for Vakta, enabling the delivery of security services digitally to end users and partners.
The solution is based on Vakta’s concept, where users can trigger an alert through a mobile app and receive immediate assistance from professional security guards in real time.
The platform has been adapted and deployed for Wakil in Nairobi, where it operates as a local security service. Users are connected to an operations center that coordinates the nearest responder and ensures rapid on-site assistance during incidents.
Third Act was responsible for building a scalable, white-label-ready platform that enables international rollout of digital personal safety services.
