The solution is based on Vakta’s concept, where users can trigger an alert through a mobile app and receive immediate assistance from professional security guards in real time.

The platform has been adapted and deployed for Wakil in Nairobi, where it operates as a local security service. Users are connected to an operations center that coordinates the nearest responder and ensures rapid on-site assistance during incidents.

Third Act was responsible for building a scalable, white-label-ready platform that enables international rollout of digital personal safety services.
