When reporting a bug, it helps to include your device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened.
No sign-up and no password. The dungeons play offline, but a few things need a connection: the leaderboards, the Auction House, saving your heroes, and unlocking the full game.
On your phone. From version 1.7.0 you can also save your heroes with your email: open the Hero tab and tap Save your heroes. Then, on a new phone, tap Load a save and enter the code we email you. If you never added an email, deleting the app erases your heroes and we cannot bring them back. Your purchase is never lost: on a new phone, tap Restore purchase.
One phone at a time. When you load your save on a new phone, the old phone stops and shows a message. You can load a save once a day and three times a month. If you hit that limit by mistake, email us.
On the same kind of phone, yes: tap Restore purchase. Between iPhone and Android it does not, because Apple and Google keep purchases separate.
Death can be permanent, that is part of the challenge. A Book of Life found in the depths can save a hero once. Otherwise, a fallen hero is gone for good, and loading a save does not bring them back.
In the app: Hero tab, Danger zone, Delete my account. If you cannot open the app, see Deleting your account.
Yes. Heroes are submitted to a global leaderboard automatically, under the hero name you choose, so avoid putting personal information in a hero name. Friendly leaderboards, where you race a private league of friends, are part of the full game unlock.
