Dungeon Depths: Loot & Legends

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Third Act Sales AB ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Dungeon Depths: Loot & Legends (the "App"). We built Dungeon Depths to be played offline, and we collect as little as possible.

The short version. Dungeon Depths has no accounts and no sign-in. Your save game stays on your device. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data. The only information that leaves your device is anonymous crash diagnostics and, if you appear on the optional global leaderboard, the hero name and stats you choose to submit.

Information we collect

1. Crash and diagnostic data

To find and fix bugs and keep the game stable, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. When the App crashes or encounters an error, Crashlytics may collect:

This data is not linked to your real-world identity and is not used to track you or for advertising. It is used solely to improve the stability and quality of the App.

2. Leaderboard data (optional)

Dungeon Depths includes an optional global leaderboard. If your hero is submitted to the leaderboard, the following information is transmitted to our leaderboard service (hosted on Supabase) and shown publicly to other players:

Because the hero name is public, please do not enter personal information as your hero name.

3. Data stored only on your device

Your progress, heroes, inventory, and game settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes this data. Local notifications (for example, when an expedition finishes) are scheduled on your device and do not send any data to us.

What we do not collect

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, which process data on our behalf as described above:

ProviderPurposePrivacy information
Google Firebase Crashlytics Crash reporting and stability diagnostics firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Supabase Hosting the optional public leaderboard supabase.com/privacy
Apple App distribution and TestFlight apple.com/legal/privacy

Your rights (GDPR)

Third Act Sales AB is based in Sweden, and we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the App uses no accounts, we are usually unable to identify a specific person from the anonymous data we hold; to request removal of a leaderboard entry, contact us with the hero name in question and we will remove it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at robot@thirdact.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

Children

Dungeon Depths is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Crash diagnostics are retained by Crashlytics for a limited period in line with Google's defaults and then deleted. Leaderboard entries are retained while the leaderboard is active, or until removal is requested.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
